PURCHASE POLICY

We’re sorry that things didn’t work out! Ultracor accepts damaged returns for exchange ONLY on any garment that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached.

Any error in a shipment or damaged product must be reported within 3 days of the package arrival or the garment will not be exchanged. If you have a damaged garment that you would like to exchange, please contact us at support@ultracor.com or at 562-262-0049

All damaged exchanges must go through our exchange portal which you can find here. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any packages sent without the correct process may be rejected upon delivery.

We will not accept returns or replace garments that a customer has damaged themselves. This includes but are not limited to: abrasions to fabric caused by friction, pulling in pixelations causing the holes to rupture, lifting of the bonding, or runs in the fabric caused by excess stretching. 

Each Ultracor garment is made-to-order to reduce our carbon footprint. If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with the fit of your garments, an exchange request may be approved. All exchange requests must be made through our exchange portal within 14 days of package reception. 

Your new garment will not be produced until the original garment is received and inspected by our returns department. If your garment has been worn, altered, or washed, your exchange will be rejected.

If the exchanged garment is of lesser value than the original garment, the price difference will be issued in the form of store credit. Contrarily, if the exchanged garment is of greater value than the original garment, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference in price.

Ultracor issues refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. Requests to refund the original form of payment will be rejected. Each garment returned for store credit will incur a $7.95 processing fee.

We are happy to repair and/or replace garments purchased from any Ultracor authorized retailers with a proof of purchase within a 90 day time frame.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Ultracor is not responsible for providing any additional shipping labels. Any packages sent without the correct process may be rejected upon delivery.

All orders are submitted to production within 24 hours after an order is placed. You may request to update the garment(s) ordered within the first 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we will not honor changes to your order.

If an order is placed on Ultracor.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original duties, taxes, shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Ultracor is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of power sources.
