RETURN & REFUND POLICY “made when ordered”

We are the premiere sustainable manufacturer of premium luxury activewear. We only produce a garment once it is ordered, as not to over produce and minimize our carbon footprint. We’re sorry to hear things possibly didn’t work out! Let us help you to determine your best solution. All return/exchange requests must be processed through our exchange portal. If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with the fit of your garments, an exchange or refund request may be submitted for approval. All requests must be made through our exchange portal within 14 days of package receipt. Before you decide this is not the correct fit for you, let us help you to best determine your options. Have you worn a performance compression garment before? (compression is intended to optimize your workout and muscle recovery) Unlike some activewear this garment should be very fitted in order to give you more support while allowing circulation. Our Ultracor leggings also include our patent pending built in shapewear for additional support. Please do not think the garment is too small for you. We are happy to exchange your garment for a different size if you would prefer a different fit or not certain, you can contact our fit experts at support@ultracor.com or at 562-262-0049.

Any damaged or incorrect item exchange requests must be made through our exchange portal within 7 days of package receipt. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for refund or exchange authorization. Any packages sent without the correct process may be rejected upon delivery. Damages and Error exchanges may not be worn, altered, or washed, with all original tags attached.  

*We will not accept returns or replace garments that a customer has damaged themselves. This includes but are not limited to: abrasions to fabric caused by friction, pulling in pixelations causing the holes to rupture, lifting of the bonding, or runs in the fabric caused by excess stretching.

Your replacement garment will not be produced until the original garment is received and inspected by our returns department. If your garment has been worn, altered, or washed, your exchange request will be rejected.

*If the exchanged garment is of lesser value than the original garment, the price difference will be issued in the form of store credit. Contrarily, if the exchanged garment is of greater value than the original garment, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price. All requests must be made through our exchange portal within 14 days of package receipt.

Ultracor issues refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT unless otherwise requested and previously authorized. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for refund process. exchange portal

We are happy to repair and/or replace garments purchased from any Ultracor.com or Ultracor authorized retailers (with a proof of purchase) within a 90 day time frame. support@ultracor.com

All orders are submitted to production within 24 hours after an order is placed. You may request to update the garment(s) ordered within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we will not honor changes to your order. support@ultracor.com

If an order is placed on Ultracor.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original duties, taxes, shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred to ship the package and if incurred to return the package. These amounts plus a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from your merchandise store credit refund. support@ultracor.com

Ultracor is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of power sources.
