Our leggings have a 2" elastic waist band, 4-way comfort stretch, and fitted inside short. With two layers, the top layer is our black lux fabric with the laser cut pixelation detail. And our 2nd layer is a bright stretchy fabric to create a pop when you move. Choose your color in our Neon Pink, Neon Yellow and Nero Turquoise.
